| Sarah and Cara did an excellent job keeping candidates in the pipeline when I hadn't found someone yet. I would add that Sarah and Cara were not only HIGHLY responsive to me, but proactive in anticipating and planning next steps. They were truly my advocates. Sarah gave me constructive feedback about how I was managing the interviews - and appreciated her candor and diplomacy. |
