We have come across a lot of Nannies and I have never met one who was so experienced, considerate and pleasant. All the children loved her. Besides her skills as a Nanny, her knowledge of local resources was invaluable. At first I thought the agency fee was a bit steep, but the parenting tips she provided to us during the 24 hours she was with us proved to be well worth it. Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving! The process of interviewing and hiring childcare has always been a stressful subject for me, but I must say T&C do a great job of taking you (through) the steps. We worked with Cori Dobles who was great- very responsive to our needs, helpful suggestions, professional, warm and extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. The pool of candidates was of the highest quality and clearly screened ahead of time. We interviewed several and never felt pressured that we had to make a decision. We felt comfortable that there were enough great candidates that we could really just focus on the needs of our kid and wait for the right candidate. We finally hired a lovely young woman who has been fabulous. T&C still contacted me several timesover the year just to check in and offer support which also demonstrated their committment to having successful matches. Definitely worth the fees. I would use T&C again if ever needed!
