Cara Sullivan, Associate Placement Counselor, San Francisco
Cara was born in San Francisco and grew up in Redwood City. After attending Foothill College in Los Altos, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of California, Davis. She worked as a part-time Nanny throughout college and babysat regularly while growing up. She is oldest of three siblings and the proud aunt of two nieces. Cara joined Town & Country in 1999 and has been here ever since! Cara says, “I love working at Town & Country because we are all passionate about what we do, and we have fun, but we work hard! Erin grew up in Indiana and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She was a Nanny throughout college, and the children Erin took care of are now pen pals with her own daughters. Erin first joined Town & Country in 2001 and worked for three years before becoming a stay-at-home mother, finally returning in 2011. Erin lives on the Peninsula with her husband and three daughters.

Cheryl grew up in Three Forks, Montana and graduated from the University of Montana with a BA in History. After graduating, she was placed as a Nanny in San Francisco through Town & Country. Elizabeth Dameron-Drew, Vice President, Palo Alto
Elizabeth joined Town & Country in 1996. Since then, she has helped find solutions for a wide range of client and candidate needs and currently focuses on placing Baby Nurses. Elizabeth says, “I’m incredibly satisfied by connecting parents to baby experts who offer much needed support during such a special, but often very challenging time.” As a working mom who has employed a Nanny, she has a first hand understanding of the peace of mind that quality childcare gives parents. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art from California College of the Arts, and now lives on the Peninsula with her husband and two sons.

Lara grew up in the Bay Area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of California, Davis and later got her Master’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse University. After moving back to California, Lara worked for a staffing agency and a web-based HR consulting company, and then joined Town & Country in 2011. She enjoys working in Town & Country’s fast-paced work environment and building relationships with new and current Nanny candidates. Lara lives in the East Bay with her husband and daughter.

Jennifer joined Town & Country in 1994. She grew up in Cupertino and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from San Jose State University.
