I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how impressed I was with the process. You and your team offered a remarkably high caliber group of candidates and ones that were perfectly matched for my household. You also managed it in an extremely short time period. I know that the weak state of the economy certainly helps in creating a good pool of candidates, but I suspect that my very positive experience with the search also reflects the way that you are identifying and matching candidates. I was really impressed with Town & Country. First, I worked with [another agency]. They sent me six candidates, and I didn't like anyone they sent me. Then I started working with T&C, and Rosemarie [the Baby Nurse I hired] was the first person I met. Elizabeth really listened to me; she paid attention to what I needed and was looking for. Then she made the match. At [the other agency], no one was really listening to me.

I thought Cheryl was FABULOUS. My son seemed to really like her, and I felt totally comfortable leaving him with her. I will definitely be requesting her if/when I need a temporary Nanny again.
