We have come across a lot of Nannies and I have never met one who was so experienced, considerate and pleasant. All the children loved her. Besides her skills as a Nanny, her knowledge of local resources was invaluable. At first I thought the agency fee was a bit steep, but the parenting tips she provided to us during the 24 hours she was with us proved to be well worth it. Our Temporary Nanny is great! She got there early, she was totally professional, asked all the right questions, and jumped right in with the kids who really responded positively -- they were all playing "four square" in the back yard before I'd left, and had gotten so involved with her that they barely noticed me leaving!
