The process of interviewing and hiring childcare has always been a stressful subject for me, but I must say T&C do a great job of taking you (through) the steps. We worked with Cori Dobles who was great- very responsive to our needs, helpful suggestions, professional, warm and extremely easy to reach either by phone or email. The pool of candidates was of the highest quality and clearly screened ahead of time. We interviewed several and never felt pressured that we had to make a decision. We felt comfortable that there were enough great candidates that we could really just focus on the needs of our kid and wait for the right candidate. We finally hired a lovely young woman who has been fabulous. T&C still contacted me several timesover the year just to check in and offer support which also demonstrated their committment to having successful matches. Definitely worth the fees. I would use T&C again if ever needed!

I was just named Chief of Neurosurgery [at my hospital] (one of only a handful of women in the nation) - only possible because of the reliable and capable support of the individuals Town & Country placed in our home!! I tell Gina (our nanny of 14 years) every day, that because of her both [my husband] and I have been able to achieve high professional goals and raise sweet/loving children. We send the articles and news clips back to her family ... as well. I know they are very proud of what she does.
