I was really impressed with Town & Country. First, I worked with [another agency]. They sent me six candidates, and I didn't like anyone they sent me. Then I started working with T&C, and Rosemarie [the Baby Nurse I hired] was the first person I met. Elizabeth really listened to me; she paid attention to what I needed and was looking for. Then she made the match. At [the other agency], no one was really listening to me.

I honestly rarely spend the time to tell organizations how great they are - but Town & Country has just been fabulous to work with - both in terms of the permanent placement of my current Nanny, as well as for temporary help. I thought Cheryl was FABULOUS. My son seemed to really like her, and I felt totally comfortable leaving him with her. I will definitely be requesting her if/when I need a temporary Nanny again.
