Sarah has always been exceptionally responsive.  I feel so fortunate talking with her.  It was better than expected.  Sarah was very responsive to our needs during this process.  She also had a great sense for who would be a fit for us.  On short notice, she found us an amazing temporary nanny.  And not too long after that, she found us our current nanny, who we are very happy with.
